Information We Collect
When you register for the Brain Health Challenge, we collect certain personal information, which may include but is not limited to

• Name
• Role/Occupation
• Organization affiliation
• Contact information (email address)
• Self-reported health information related to brain health habits

Media Content:
Photos and Videos
By participating in the Brain Health Challenge and uploading any photos, videos, or other media content ("Media Content"):

• You grant the Brain Health Challenge organizers a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display such Media Content on official Brain Health Challenge social media accounts, website, promotional materials, and other related platforms.
• You represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary rights and permissions to grant the above license, including consent from any identifiable individuals appearing in your Media Content.
• You acknowledge and agree that your Media Content will be publicly available on our social media platforms and may be shared or viewed by third parties beyond our control.
• You understand that once published, complete removal of Media Content from all platforms cannot be guaranteed due to sharing capabilities of social media platforms.
• You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein your Media Content appears.

The Brain Health Challenge reserves the right to refuse or remove any Media Content that is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of any third party's rights.

Data Protection and Privacy
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information. However, no data transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
By participating in the Challenge, you acknowledge this inherent risk.
We will not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share anonymized, aggregated data for research purposes or program evaluation.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating in the Brain Health Challenge, you agree that the Challenge organizers, sponsors, partners, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Challenge or your implementation of any suggestions or practices presented through the Challenge.

MODIFICATIONS TO THE CHALLENGE
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Brain Health Challenge or any part of it at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to modify this disclaimer at any time, with the revised disclaimer becoming effective upon posting.

GOVERNING LAW
This disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bern, Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
